  I go in daily..i have special request as I am a diabetic...needless to say I have gotten 3 drinks with sugar and one with a nice long hair in it. Most of the staff is friendly but some are not!! I will go again but will ask every time to make sure their is NO SUGAR IN IT

  Most of the time I come here, service is fast and friendly. This morning, however, the young man who "helped" me left a less than favorable impression. He asked what I wanted, and immediately after I placed my order, shut the window without even asking whether or not I wanted whipped cream. I always say "no," but the fact that he didn't even ask told me the last thing on his mind was my order. He opened the window just long enough to stick his hand out and tell me the total. He grabbed my money, shoved my drink in my hand, then shut the window again while getting my change. When he gave it to me, I had to very quickly hand my stamp card to him as it was clear he was only too happy to be rid of me. I arrived in a good mood, and left in a poor one. Sorry, but you lost my business today.
  
  Three stars because the other employees were always very courteous.
